Zeal for multitasking Comprehensive towards Facts and Figures Good PR, Social and Networking Skills to enhance customer base.Roles & Responsibilities : Building business relationships with current and potential clients Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions. Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process. Hitting monthly sales target. Providing correct and detailed information to customers on price, offer and specifications of unit/project. Responding to all inquiries received and regularly follow up with them. Report on sales activities to top management and developing sales strategies.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.

1. The candidate hired as Business Development Manager will have following responsibilities :a) Market research for Biostimulant/fertilizers in the designated territory.b) Development of sales stragetigies to acheive the designated targets.c) Managing and maintaining the supply of material in your designated territory.d) Development of report with all details as instructed.e) Meeting the dealers in the territory.f) Meeting the farmers and encouraging them for the potential use of our biostimulant.g) Performing demonstrations with the farmer and evaluation of the results.h) Daily reporting of your work.i) You are also encouraged to report your plan of work in advance.j) Managing and maintaining all the record related to your work.2. You are responsible for the collection of money, and implementation of the credit policy.3. You are responsibel for expanding the marketing network by designating new dealers and distributers.
