Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with agents and clients. Sales Oriented: A goal-driven individual with a passion for achieving sales targets. Education: Graduate or Post-Graduate degree (preferably in business or a related field).Compensation: CTC up to 4.50 LPA (Fixed + Incentives based on performance).
