The Associate Circle Head - Agency Channel is responsible for managing and overseeing the agency distribution network in a defined circle. The role involves driving sales through the agency channel, managing relationships with agents, ensuring growth in business performance, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations. This position plays a key role in achieving revenue targets and expanding market share within the assigned region.Key Responsibilities:Channel Management:Lead and manage the agency channel to achieve sales targets and business growth.Recruit, train, and develop a team of agents to ensure strong business performance.Build and maintain long-term relationships with key agents and partners.Ensure the right mix of agents to achieve a balanced portfolio and risk management.Sales Strategy & Execution:Develop and implement sales strategies to drive agency sales and increase market share.Monitor and evaluate performance to meet both short-term and long-term business objectives.Work closely with the marketing team to ensure appropriate support and promotional activities for agency partners.Training & Development:Conduct regular training sessions for agents to improve product knowledge, selling skills, and overall performance.Provide ongoing support and guidance to agents to optimize sales and operational efficiency.Performance Monitoring & Reporting:Monitor sales performance against targets, analyze trends, and take corrective actions as required.Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management on business performance, challenges, and opportunities.Compliance & Risk Management:Ensure that the agency channel adheres to all company policies, industry regulations, and compliance guidelines.Conduct audits and reviews of agency activities to ensure compliance with company standards.Market Insights:Track competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
