Tower Transmission- a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the entire Hot-Dip Galvanizing (HDG) plant operations galvanizing operations, Process parameter control,

End-to-End HDG Management, Capacity & Scheduling, Resource Management,

Technical Standards: Maintain strict control over coating thickness, uniformity, and adhesion according to industry standards like IS 2629, IS 4759, ASTM A123, or ISO 1461.

Surface Defect Control ,Special Client Specifications

manpower supervision, Jigs designing & maintenance for HDG, audits ,Galvanizing testing.

inventory management, management reporting, Sound knowledge of IS codes, and

Consumption controlling,5S,dinating between different department as

Maintenance, Electrical store purchase etc. operations, quality compliance, Parameter monitoring of Pickling,flux

tank, rinsing, Zinc Bath, Passivation manpower supervision, safety, audits, Involvement in

Dispatch & TPI inspection
