Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Telesales Executive to join the Hireo team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining services, and converting leads into clients.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in sales conversations, and the ability to build relationships with customers over calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain Hireo services

• Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information

• Maintain records of calls and customer interactions in CRM

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Follow up with interested clients to close deals

• Build and maintain good relationships with customers

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and convincing skills

• Basic knowledge of telesales or telecalling

• Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure

• Good listening and negotiation skills

• Basic computer and CRM knowledge

Eligibility

• 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream

• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply

• Experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer support, or sales is a plus
