Telecaller - Part Time - Freshers

as a tele caller, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services. you will use your excellent communication skills to discuss the features and benefits of the products, answer any questions the customers may have, and persuade them to make a purchase.

you will need to have a good understanding of phone banking procedures and be able to effectively communicate marketing messages to customers. additionally, you should have a strong grasp of microsoft excel to maintain call records and track sales data.

to excel in this role, you must have a motivating attitude, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to convincingly present information. fluency in english is essential, as well as excellent presentation skills to engage customers and drive sales. previous experience in a call center or bpo setting is preferred, but freshers with a high school education can also apply.
