Key Responsibilities
🗺️ Territory & Channel Management
Dealer/Distributor Network: Identify, appoint, and manage a network of dealers and sub-dealers within an assigned territory.
Beat Plan Execution: Follow a structured daily visit plan (PJP - Primary Journey Plan) to ensure consistent contact with key retailers and institutional clients.
Stock Management: Monitor dealer stock levels to ensure product availability and prevent stock-outs.
🤝 B2B & Project Sales
Influencer Mapping: Build relationships with key influencers such as Architects, Interior Designers, and Builders to get products specified in large projects.
Direct Pitching: Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to procurement heads and project managers.
Negotiation: Handle pricing discussions and contract terms, balancing competitive volume with company profit margins.
💸 Collections & Market Intelligence
Payment Recovery: Take full ownership of collecting outstanding payments and ensuring the ageing of debt remains within company limits.
Competitor Tracking: Provide real-time feedback on competitor pricing, new product launches, and promotional schemes.
Reporting: Submit daily and weekly sales reports, market feedback, and secondary sales data through CRM tools.
