Position Overview
Miracle Infratech is looking for dynamic and target-driven Sales Expertise to join our growing real estate team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, client interaction, and building a career in real estate.
The candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings, and supporting deal closures. The primary KPI is achieving successful property closure .
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Sales Support
Generate and qualify leads through calls, digital platforms, and field activities
Schedule and conduct client meetings .
Assist Managers in closing deals
Maintain a consistent sales pipeline
2. Client Interaction
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options
Build rapport and maintain professional communication with clients
Provide basic market insights and project details
3. Site Visits & Presentations
Coordinate and assist in property site visits
Deliver project presentations to prospective clients
Ensure a smooth and engaging client experience
4. Follow-ups & Conversion
Perform timely follow-ups with leads
Nurture prospects to move them through the sales funnel
Support conversion of leads into site visits or closures
5. CRM & Reporting
Update daily activities, leads, and follow-ups in CRM systems
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions
Share daily/weekly performance reports with the reporting manager
Requirements
Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales .
Hard Skills
Basic understanding of sales processes
Knowledge of Noida’s real estate market .
Soft Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in client handling
Target-driven mindset
Ability to learn quickly and adapt
Preferred Candidate Profile
Interest in real estate sales
Knowledge of Noida/NCR market is an advantage
Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Work Schedule
6 days working (Tuesday off)
10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
