Review and formalize Standard operating procedures for proper functioning ofhousing society. Manage Service management team such as housekeeping and security and enforceStandard operating procedures. Lead all Annual Maintenance contracts and their implementations. Prepare daily and monthly work report and keep abreast Managing committee Maintaing files and registers as per ByeLaws of the housing society Supervise repair work whenever required Suppprt managing committee in identifying suppliers and obtaining technocommercial offers Supervise and make accounting entries, vouchers.
