As a Tele Caller, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our products or services. You will be expected to effectively communicate with customers, build rapport, and provide information about our offerings. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities.Key skills required for this role include excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You should have a pleasant and clear voice, with the ability to engage customers in conversation. Strong interpersonal skills.

Making calls: Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services, or handling incoming calls from customers Explaining products: Explaining the features, benefits, and pricing of products to customers Persuading customers: Persuading customers to make purchases or schedule appointmentsCustomer service: Handling customer inquiries or complaints, and resolving customer issuesRecord keeping: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in a databaseFollowing up: Following up with customers to provide new products or services, and documenting customer feedback Building relationships: Building and maintaining positive relationships with future prospectsTelecallers should have excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills, as well as good listening and customer handling skills.
