This position is for a role of an Automation and Digitization expert within Procurement department to create and maintain automated solutions leveraging Advanced excel, Macros, VBA, SharePoint and other BI tools. Individual needs to work closely along with internal & external data in opportunity identification for automations, value creation and digitization.The desired candidate must have 1 - 4 years of relevant experience in the area of Automation, Digitization and providing solutions leveraging below skill set. Prior working knowledge in Sourcing & Procurement domain will be an advantage. Advanced Excel and VBA macros development & support Identifying automation opportunities within Procurement to support business teams to eliminate manual interventions Should be able to understand & explain critical excel formulas. Adherence to Client standards for developing code for respective processes Ensure 100% adherence to framework of automation with complying with all necessary documentation, approvals and data storage & maintenance of the developed solutions Adherence to organizational policies and prescribed Framework (RADAR) for digital solutions Tracking, Maintaining and Recertification of excel macros/ solutions on a regular basis / agreed frequency Create standard dashboards to highlight updates, issues and risks SharePoint skills Design and maintenance of SharePoint pages / subsites. 3+ experience in Power BI, Power BI Integration, SQL Server, VBA, Advance Excel, MS-Suite. Developing visual reports, dashboards and KPI scorecards using Power BI desktop. Have handled large scale data driven projects. Good knowledge of Management reports, finance & CRM and building Analysis Services reporting models. Connecting to data sources, importing data and transforming data for Business Intelligence. Excellent in analytical thinking for translating data into informative visuals and reports. Able to implement RLS (Row Level Security) on data and have an understanding of application security layer models in Power BI. Proficient in making DAX queries in Power BI desktop. Expertise in using advance level calculations on the data set. Responsible for design methodology and project documentation. Able to develop tabular and multidimensional models that are compatible with warehouse standards. Adept in developing, publishing and scheduling Power BI reports as per the business requirements. Able to properly understand the business requirements and develop data models accordingly by taking care of the resources. Should have knowledge and experience in prototyping, designing, and requirement analysis. Should have knowledge and skills for secondary tools such as Microsoft Azure, SQL data warehouse, PolyBase, Visual Studio, etc.
