Proficient in using Job Boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, Free Job Sites etc. to source C2C requirements. Must be a good team player and result driven. Must have good attitude. Important requirements. MUST own the position for which hired, meaning must take ownership towards their work responsibilities. Arranging the interviews with tier one vendors or end clients. Follow up with the candidate and client in each stage and finally closing the candidate. Strong in Active and Passive searches to source Candidates. Should be able to generate Leads by cold calling to acquire new direct client. Should be able to manage complete cycle of Bench sales.Should be good in verbal and written communication skills in English.

Understand client requirements related to their Non-IT needs and deliver qualified consultants. Source and screen potential candidates for contract/ permanent openings. Prioritizing requirements and ensuring that all prioritized requirements are worked upon,and timely submissions are made. Establish relationships with consultants in specified regions. Interview prospective candidates and educate candidates on the clients process. Negotiate compensation, communicate offers, facilitate the placement of candidates, and solicit referrals of other qualified consultants. Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements. Meet or exceed weekly goal/target expectations. Will be responsible for effective usage of Internal Systems/Database for recording different stages in the recruitment process.
