job description:

we are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented marketing executives to join our bench sales department. as a marketing executive, you will be responsible for promoting and placing our bench consultants with our clients, contributing to the growth of our it staffing division.

key responsibilities:

- identify potential clients and build strong relationships to understand their staffing needs.

- promote and market our bench consultants to clients, emphasizing their skills and expertise.

- negotiate and secure agreements for the placement of consultants with clients.

- develop and maintain a pipeline of potential job openings.

- collaborate with the recruitment team to match the right consultants with client requirements.

- schedule interviews between clients and candidates and facilitate the interview process.

- apply for jobs on behalf of the candidates to increase placement opportunities.

- ensure timely communication and follow-up with both clients and consultants.

- meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

- maintain accurate records of client interactions and agreements.

qualifications:

- bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
