JOB DESCRIPTION Appoint, develop, and manage dealers in the assigned territory to drive consistent order flow. Conduct dealer meetings, product presentations, and training sessions to strengthen partnerships. Generate direct sales from hospitals, institutions, laboratories, and corporate clients by engaging with consultants, architects, contractors, and administrators. Identify and explore new verticals (e.g., modular office furniture, laboratory furniture, institutional furniture) to expand business opportunities. Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Act as a key liaison between PMT, dealers, and clients to ensure smooth communication of company policies, terms, and product details. Travel extensively within the assigned city/state to expand the dealer network and secure hospital/institutional projects. Provide regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and market intelligence to management.Education: Graduate in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related disciplineRelevant Experience: 2 years of sales experience (preferably in B2B, hospital furniture, laboratory, or industrial sectors). Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. Proven ability to develop dealer networks and generate hospital/institutional business. Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively. Proficiency in MS Office
