JOB DESCRIPTION
● Appoint, develop, and manage dealers in the assigned territory to drive consistent order flow.
● Conduct dealer meetings, product presentations, and training sessions to strengthen partnerships.
● Generate direct sales from hospitals, institutions, laboratories, and corporate clients by engaging with consultants, architects, contractors, and administrators.
● Identify and explore new verticals (., modular office furniture, laboratory furniture, institutional furniture) to expand business opportunities.
● Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
● Act as a key liaison between PMT, dealers, and clients to ensure smooth communication of company policies, terms, and product details.
● Travel extensively within the assigned city/state to expand the dealer network and secure hospital/institutional projects.
● Provide regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and market intelligence to management.
Education: Graduate in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline
Relevant Experience:
● 2 years of sales experience (preferably in B2B, hospital furniture, laboratory, or industrial sectors).
● Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
● Proven ability to develop dealer networks and generate hospital/institutional business.
● Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively.
● Proficiency in MS Office
