● appoint, develop, and manage dealers in the assigned territory to drive consistent order flow.
● conduct dealer meetings, product presentations, and training sessions to strengthen partnerships.
● generate direct sales from hospitals, institutions, laboratories, and corporate clients by engaging with consultants, architects, contractors, and administrators.
● identify and explore new verticals (., modular office furniture, laboratory furniture, institutional furniture) to expand business opportunities.
● ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
● act as a key liaison between pmt, dealers, and clients to ensure smooth communication of company policies, terms, and product details.
● travel extensively within the assigned city/state to expand the dealer network and secure hospital/institutional projects.
● provide regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and market intelligence to management.
education: graduate in business, marketing, engineering, or related discipline
relevant experience:
● 2 years of sales experience (preferably in b2b, hospital furniture, laboratory, or industrial sectors).
● strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
● proven ability to develop dealer networks and generate hospital/institutional business.
● self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively.
● proficiency in ms office
