Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting: Actively identify potential clients through cold calling, field visits, professional networking, and digital research to build a robust sales pipeline.Client Meetings & Presentations: Schedule and conduct face-to-face or virtual meetings with corporate clients, business owners, and purchasing managers to pitch our offerings.Requirement Gathering: Listen carefully to client needs, understand their pain points, and suggest the most appropriate products or services.Quotation & Negotiation: Prepare professional commercial quotes, present pricing structures, handle objections, and negotiate terms to secure profitable deals.Sales Closing: Follow up consistently with prospects to push deals through the sales funnel and close orders within targeted timelines.Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with acquired clients to ensure high customer satisfaction, timely payments, and repeat business.Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the daily reporting sheet or CRM system.

Booking and Scheduling Executive Functions Appointment Management: Manage and maintain complex appointment schedules, client calendars, or reservations using specialized booking software or tools.Revenue Focus: Handle booking inquiriesin person, via phone, or onlineand efficiently convert these inquiries into confirmed, accurate appointments or reservations.Client Records: Create and update client files, ensuring all booking details, contact information, and special requests are accurately entered into the CRM or booking system.Conflict Resolution: Proactively manage and resolve scheduling conflicts, communicating any necessary changes to clients/staff quickly and professionally.Billing/Payments: Process service payments, manage light bookkeeping, issue receipts, and assist with basic billing inquiries related to services booked.

Knowledge of GDS System Galileo & Amadeus Min 0 to 1 years of Experience in Travel Trade.
