Key responsibilities:1. Air Ticketing: Responsible for booking flights for clients according to their preferences and budget.2. Hotel Booking: Arrange accommodations for clients based on their requirements and budget.3. Holiday Packages: Create tailored holiday packages for clients, including flights, accommodations, and activities.4. Travel Sales: Promote and sell travel packages to potential clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.5. Travel Coordination: Coordinate all aspects of clients' travel plans, including transportation, accommodations, and activities.6. Tours Travel: Organize and facilitate guided tours for clients, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.7. Tour Coordinator: Serve as the main point of contact for clients during their travels, providing assistance and support as needed.Required skills and expectations:1. Proficiency in air ticketing and hotel booking systems to efficiently arrange travel accommodations.2. Strong sales skills to effectively promote and sell travel packages to clients.3. JOB RESPONSIBLITIES- Handling the ticketing operations and tour package booking, finding the best deals to provide our customers and travel agents, ensuring customer satisfaction. Handling cancellations requests.

- Help customers via chat or email to ensure they have the best possible experience (most teammates tend to speak to 40+ customers every day).- Help clients identify their ideal flight bookings based on their suggestions and requirements.- International voice process for Airline Reservations and Sales.- Regularly maintain a good relationship with our customers.- Provide end to end service while organizing a trip for booking the flight tickets & creating the itinerary.- Negotiate any customization or modifications requested and accommodate to the best level possible.- Resolve any problem that arises regarding the trip for the customer.- Regularly update a database containing client details and their travel information.- Reach the sales and revenue targets.- Stay up to date on domestic and international travel trends.- Prior experience as a travel agent would be an added advantage.- Basic knowledge of multiple global distribution systems (GDSs) and a variety of internal tools and systems to quote, exchange and refund airline tickets.
