As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively promoting our products and services.Key Responsibilities:Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.Engage with potential customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales leads.Effectively communicate the value propositions of our products to potential clients.Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.Build and maintain positive and long-lasting customer relationships.Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.Requirements:Proven experience in a telesales or telecalling role, preferably in a B2B sales environment.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in using CRM software or similar tools.Self-motivated and results-driven.Additional Information:This is a remote, full-time position.The stipend offered ranges between INR 15,000 - 20,000 based on qualifications and experience.You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic sales environment and contribute to the growth of the organization.
