The ideal candidate should have 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service and possess excellent communication skills. This role requires a female candidate who is proactive and enjoys helping customers.Key Responsibilities:1. **Customer Support**: Provide assistance to customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, addressing their queries and providing solutions in a timely manner.2. **Issue Resolution**: Handle customer complaints or concerns by listening actively and taking appropriate actions to resolve problems effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.3. **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback and insights to identify areas for improvement, contributing to the enhancement of services and customer satisfaction.4. **Database Management**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the company database, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible for future reference.5. **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and discuss challenges faced by customers, fostering a collaborative work environment.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should possess strong verbal and written communication skills and be comfortable using various software applications. Excellent verbal and written skills in Hindi and English.Additional Requirements: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
