Tele Sales Executive

Location: Noida

Shift Timing: 9 AM to 9 PM, 7 days a week (rotational shift)

Key Responsibilities:

€¢ Conduct outbound callsto potential customers.

€¢ Promote and sell products/services over the phone.

€¢ Achieve and exceed salestargets.

€¢ Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales activities.

€¢ Provide excellent customerservice and resolve customer inquiries.

Requirements:

€¢ Experience:

€¢ Minimum of 1 year of sales experience is mandatory

€¢ Online telesales and Offline sales experience, preferably in consumer

durables

€¢ Education: Graduate or Undergraduate degree

€¢ Skills:

€¢ Typing speed of 30 WPM with 90% accuracy.

€¢ Excellent verbal and written skills in Hindi and English.

€¢ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

€¢ Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

€¢ High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Salary Up to :- 30K CTC ( In-hand)
