location: noida

shift timing: 9 am to 9 pm, 7 days a week (rotational shift)

key responsibilities:

conduct outbound callsto potential customers.

promote and sell products/services over the phone.

achieve and exceed salestargets.

maintain detailed records of interactions and sales activities.

provide excellent customerservice and resolve customer inquiries.

requirements:

experience:

minimum of 1 year of sales experience is mandatory

online telesales and offline sales experience, preferably in consumer

durables

education: graduate or undergraduate degree

skills:

typing speed of 30 wpm with 90% accuracy.

excellent verbal and written skills in hindi and english.

additional requirements:

strong interpersonal and communication skills.

ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

salary up to :- 30k ctc ( in-hand)
