As a Tele Caller, your main responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services. You will also be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers and providing them with information or assistance as needed. You should also be proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and be comfortable using the internet for research and operations.
