As a Telesales Executive, your main responsibility will be to make outbound calls to generate sales leads and drive revenue for the company. You will be expected to engage potential customers, explain the benefits of the product or service, and convince them to make a purchase. In addition to making outbound calls, you may also be required to handle inbound calls from interested customers and assist them with their inquiries.
