🕘 Shift Details

- Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

- Weekly Off: Rotational

🎓 Qualification

- Minimum 12th Pass

🗣 Language Proficiency

- Hindi (Fluent)

- Marathi (Fluent)

📋 Key Responsibilities

- Manage inbound and outbound calls for domestic customers

- Address customer queries with professionalism and empathy

- Share accurate product/service information

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and adhere to call quality standards

- Maintain call logs and submit daily reports to the team leader

🙋-- Desired Candidate Profile

- Strong verbal communication in Hindi and Marathi

- Basic computer literacy

- Positive attitude, patience, and eagerness to learn

- Freshers are encouraged to apply

- Prior BPO experience is a plus
