fresher: 10,000 12,000 in-hand salary+ attractiver incentives

experience: 12,000 20,000 in-hand salary+ attractiver incentives

shift details

- working hours: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm

- weekly off: rotational

qualification

- minimum 12th pass

language proficiency

- hindi (fluent)

- marathi (fluent)

key responsibilities

- manage inbound and outbound calls for domestic customers

- address customer queries with professionalism and empathy

- share accurate product/service information

- ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and adhere to call quality standards

- maintain call logs and submit daily reports to the team leader

desired candidate profile

- strong verbal communication in hindi and marathi

- basic computer literacy

- positive attitude, patience, and eagerness to learn

- freshers are encouraged to apply

- prior bpo experience is a plus
