Make phone calls to potential clients from our data base Explain our products and service to potential customers Deliver scripted marketing pitch to the customer Set appointments with prospective customers based on our Sales associates schedules Handle customer questions Data base Sorting Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to supervisory staff Sourcing accurate customer contact details from online sources like LinkedIn, TradeIndia, India mart, Google search of the decision maker. Record customer details including reaction to the product or service offered in aspecific format Maintaining the database on the internal templates of the organization. Communicate respectfully and politely with customers at all times Meet projected weekly and monthly marketing goals Work with team members on the call floor to meet tele calling /marketing performancegoals Being the communication bridge between the prospective client and the BusinessDevelopment team to ensure meeting details accuracy.
