Make phone calls to potential clients from our data base

 Explain our products and service to potential customers

 Deliver scripted marketing pitch to the customer

 Set appointments with prospective customers based on our Sales associates’ schedules

 Handle customer questions

 Data base Sorting

 Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to supervisory staff

 Sourcing accurate customer contact details from online sources like LinkedIn, Trade

India, India mart, Google search of the decision maker.

 Record customer details including reaction to the product or service offered in a

specific format

 Maintaining the database on the internal templates of the organization.

 Communicate respectfully and politely with customers at all times

 Meet projected weekly and monthly marketing goals

 Work with team members on the call floor to meet tele calling /marketing performance

goals

 Being the communication bridge between the prospective client and the Business

Development team to ensure meeting details accuracy.
