Your primary responsibility is to proactively understand and address customer needs by managing a high volume of outbound calls, averaging between 200 to 300 calls per day Demonstrate proficiency in multiple languages to meet the diverse customer segments. Meet and exceed daily sales targets consistently. Accurately fill out application forms based on customer-provided information during calls. Conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification as part of the on-boarding process Maintain a neutral and professional tone throughout the conversation to ensure customer satisfaction and delight.Required Skills: Strong verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional regional languages is highly desirable. Excellent sales and convincing abilities. Multilingual communication capability is a plus.
