We are seeking a motivated Telecaller to join our team in Dahisar East, Thane. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers or individuals with less than one year of experience. The ideal candidate will have a minimum education level of 12th pass.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Outbound Calling**: Contact potential customers using a provided list, introducing our services and encouraging interest.

2. **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify leads by understanding customer needs and providing relevant information about our offerings.

3. **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of calls made, customer interactions, and feedback in our database to ensure follow-up accuracy.

4. **Customer Interaction**: Answer customer queries, resolve issues, and provide information about products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.

5. **Follow-Up**: Regularly follow up with prospects and existing customers to ensure their needs are met and encourage repeat business.
