The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, technically skilled, and have hands-on experience in the e-commerce domain.Key Responsibilities:Ensure accurate and consistent product listings across all online platforms.Engage in conversations with customers, handle queries, and provide excellent service.Manage daily operations of online stores including inventory updates, order processing, and issue resolution.Coordinate with the internal team to support marketing, sales, and logistics needs.Requirements:Experience: Minimum 23 years in managing online sales channels, marketplaces (like Amazon, Shopify), or B2B order processing.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and general computer operations.Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail and comfort with data and reporting.Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to business growth.Availability: Must be ready to join immediately.Preferred:Prior experience in an E-commerce.
