This role involves supervising warehouse staff, optimizing workflows, and ensuring smooth inbound and outbound logistics.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, billing, and dispatch of goods.Prepare and verify invoices, delivery challans, and shipping documents accurately.Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.Monitor inventory levels, perform stock checks, and manage stock reconciliation.Maintain accurate records of all warehouse transactions in the system.Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and dispatch of materials according to order specifications.Liaise with transporters, vendors, and internal departments for order fulfillment.Implement warehouse safety standards and ensure cleanliness and orderliness.Supervise and train warehouse staff for efficient handling of daily tasks.Identify process improvements to optimize warehouse operations and reduce turnaround time.Key Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of billing processes, dispatch operations, and supply chain coordinationProficient in warehouse/inventory software and MS ExcelGood understanding of logistics, transportation, and order managementStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to handle a team and work under pressureAttention to detail and process orientationQualifications:Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: B.Com, BBA, or Diploma in Logistics/Warehouse Management)5 to 10 years of relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain rolesExperience in industrial hubs like Okhla preferred
