Store Logistics Manager (2-5 Years)

We are seeking a dedicated Store Logistics Manager to oversee and manage the logistics and supply chain activities for our store in Palam Vihar, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations in our logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Inventory Management:** Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure that stock is always available and minimize overstock. Use inventory management systems to keep accurate records.

2. **Supply Chain Coordination:** Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods. Maintain positive relationships to optimize the supply chain.

3. **Logistics Planning:** Develop and implement logistics plans that enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Assess current processes and suggest improvements.

4. **Team Leadership:** Supervise and train logistics staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Provide guidance and support to achieve team targets.

5. **Data Analysis:** Analyze logistics data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Use this information to make informed decisions about inventory and supply chain processes.

Required Skills and Expectations:
