Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the frozen food, cold chain, and temperature-controlled warehousing segment.
Build and maintain relationships with clients such as food manufacturers, distributors, exporters, and importers.
Understand customer needs related to storage temperature, shelf life, and distribution requirements.
Prepare and deliver customized proposals and quotations for cold storage and warehousing solutions.
Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Maintain a database of clients, leads, and prospects using CRM tools.
Conduct regular visits to clients and sites to strengthen business relationships.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in the cold chain and frozen food sectors.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
Ensure timely collection of payments from clients as per company policies.
