Senior Procurement Manager

Are you an experienced procurement professional passionate about supporting large-scale social impact programs?

We’re looking for a Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end procurement, vendor management, and supply chain operations across multiple health and community initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Vendor identification, evaluation & onboarding

✔ Negotiating contracts & ensuring quality procurement

✔ Managing procurement for printing, training, logistics & field operations

✔ Maintaining procurement documentation & compliance

✔ Coordinating with Finance, Admin & Program teams

✔ Creating procurement plans & maintaining trackers

✔ Supporting audits & training internal teams

Who Can Apply?

🎓 Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Supply Chain, Commerce

🧩 5–8 years of experience in procurement (NGO experience preferred)

💡 Strong negotiation, documentation & vendor management skills

🛠 Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace

🚗 Willingness to travel for field-based program needs
