Senior Procurement Manager

are you an experienced procurement professional passionate about supporting large-scale social impact programs?

we’re looking for a procurement manager to lead end-to-end procurement, vendor management, and supply chain operations across multiple health and community initiatives.

key responsibilities:

✔ vendor identification, evaluation & onboarding

✔ negotiating contracts & ensuring quality procurement

✔ managing procurement for printing, training, logistics & field operations

✔ maintaining procurement documentation & compliance

✔ coordinating with finance, admin & program teams

✔ creating procurement plans & maintaining trackers

✔ supporting audits & training internal teams

who can apply?

🎓 graduate/postgraduate in business, supply chain, commerce

🧩 5–8 years of experience in procurement (ngo experience preferred)

💡 strong negotiation, documentation & vendor management skills

🛠 proficiency in ms office / google workspace

🚗 willingness to travel for field-based program needs
