Handling walk-ins at the center & counseling students for different programs and admissions.Generating walk-ins and scheduling meetings.Maintaining System and daily sales Reports Responsible for tele-calling, arranging client meetings, and taking follow-ups.Good follow-up skills and cold calling.Client Interaction and counseling to identify and understand the client's need and offer the best solution.Student documentation handling.Responsibilities and Duties- Understand the various courses offered at the institute.- Guide interested candidates and help them select a suitable course via inquiries received through telephone (incoming and outgoing), email, and in-person -- manage students related admin responsibilities- maintaining regular and detailed records and status updates- achieve admission conversions as per targets givenKey SkillsGood command of spoken and written English and Hindi. Conduct one on one & group counselling for inquiries that visit the Centre.Attend Centre calls & book their appointments for centre visit.Enter appropriate information about the leads & walk-ins in classpro.Convert the walk-ins into admissions.Life cycle management of students which includes getting the admission forms filled with all accurate details, documentation & collection of documents submitted by students, collecting, maintaining & depositing the PDCs, Id cards of students, etc.Timely follow up with students for overdue fees.Maintaining petty cash at centre level & sending reports for the same to accounts team.Management of the entire centre.Raise collateral & other requirements request to admin team & coordinate with them for centre level AMCs.Manage assets & inventories at centre.Co-ordinate with academics team for students related queries.Counsel the attendees of in-house & outdoor seminar/workshops when such events occur.Maintain cordial relations with students, parents, faculties & other partners.Achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly targets.Give daily, monthly, quarterly & yearly reports to your team leader.Report or escalate any critical situation to your team leader.
