Conduct one on one & group counselling for inquiries that visit the Centre.
Attend Centre calls & book their appointments for centre visit.
Enter appropriate information about the leads & walk-ins in classpro.
Convert the walk-ins into admissions.
Life cycle management of students which includes getting the admission forms filled with all accurate details, documentation & collection of documents submitted by students, collecting, maintaining & depositing the PDC’s, Id cards of students, etc.
Timely follow up with students for overdue fees.
Maintaining petty cash at centre level & sending reports for the same to accounts team.
Management of the entire centre.
Raise collateral & other requirements request to admin team & coordinate with them for centre level AMC’s.
Manage assets & inventories at centre.
Co-ordinate with academics team for students related queries.
Counsel the attendees of in-house & outdoor seminar/workshops when such events occur.
Maintain cordial relations with students, parents, faculties & other partners.
Achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly targets.
Give daily, monthly, quarterly & yearly reports to your team leader.
Report or escalate any critical situation to your team leader.
