Handling Walk - in, Telephonic and Online enquiries.
Counsel and guide aspiring students about the various study options available.
Admission Conversion to meet revenue targets for the centre.
Responsible for admissions and centre growth.
Networking with students through mails/calls/social media/whatsapp/etc
To work in tandem with Managements strategies and plans for development of sales and marketing activities.
Coordinate with students for Seminars, training, admissions, re-admissions, and other associates for promotional activities.
Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, courses, and reactions to products.
Resolving any concerns of students promptly & satisfactorily.
