Fresh graduates with relevant internship or volunteer experience are encouraged to apply.Role Overview:The Program Associate will be responsible for supporting the planning, implementation, monitoring, and documentation of community development programs. The role involves extensive stakeholder engagement, field visits, institutional coordination, and outreach activities to ensure the successful execution of organizational initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Institutional Collaborations & PartnershipsBuild and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, NGOs, corporate partners, and community organizations.Coordinate meetings, presentations, and collaborative activities with stakeholders.Support volunteer recruitment, internship engagement, and institutional outreach efforts.Field Visits & Program ExecutionConduct regular field visits to monitor ongoing projects and collect feedback from beneficiaries.Assist in organizing workshops, training sessions, awareness campaigns, and community events.Ensure smooth implementation of programs and address operational challenges when required.Marketing & OutreachSupport online and offline outreach initiatives to increase awareness about organizational programs.Represent the organization at events, networking opportunities, and stakeholder meetings.Assist in community mobilization and participant engagement activities.Documentation & ReportingMaintain accurate records of project activities, beneficiary data, and attendance.Prepare field reports, impact stories, case studies, and program updates.Support monitoring and evaluation through data collection and reporting.Required Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and reporting skills; proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace; willingness to travel within Mumbai; and a genuine passion for social impact and community development.

Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining project objectives, scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and quality standards. Conduct feasibility assessments, stakeholder analysis, and develop strategies to ensure project success. Project Implementation: Oversee project activities, coordinate with team members and partners, manage project resources, and monitor progress against project plans. Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, ensure compliance with project requirements and standards, and make timely decisions to address project challenges. Monitoring and Evaluation: Establish monitoring and evaluation frameworks to measure project progress, outcomes, and impacts. Conduct regular monitoring visits, collect and analyze project data, and provide timely reports to stakeholders. Use evaluation findings to inform project adjustments and improve project performance. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with project stakeholders, including local communities, partner organizations, government agencies, donors, and other relevant stakeholders. Foster effective communication, collaboration, and coordination among stakeholders to ensure project alignment and successful outcomes. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular progress reports as per the KPI, develop LFA, project documentation, and project closure reports. Ensure that project records are well-maintained and project documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with organizational and donor requirements. Team Management: Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to project team members.
