You will be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation. You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets.

Acquiring of good retail/uhni/hni clients with their Funds/Portfolio and generating revenue on his own to justify CTC and ensure incentive. They will chase big clients to move their portfolio on LKPs platform. BM should be able to advice the correct product as per requirement (need to act as Portfolio Manager). Good knowledge on financial products Broking (Commodity ,Currency, Equity), MF , Insurance . Min source 2 clients p.m MPC 3 x above which attractive incentive from (5-15)%

They should have ability to book 4-5 quality accounts every month with margins of min (3-4) lacs from open market and justify 2 x CTC monthly. CTC plus attractive incentive (5-10)% is there in the package on achieving targets.
