Acquiring of good retail/uhni/hni clients with their Funds/Portfolio and generating revenue on his own to justify CTC and ensure incentive.

They will chase big clients to move their portfolio on LKPs platform.

BM should be able to advice the correct product as per requirement (need to act as Portfolio Manager).

Good knowledge on financial products Broking (Commodity ,Currency, Equity), MF , Insurance .

Min source 2 clients

MPC 3 x above which attractive incentive from (5-15)%

Experience : 5 - 8 Years

No. of Openings : 10

Education : Any Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, M.B.A/PGDM
