The ideal candidate should have a strong background in selling Pre-Engineered Buildings or structural steel solutions, with proven experience in strategic sales planning, team leadership, and key account management.Key Responsibilities:- Drive PEB project sales across regions and manage revenue targets- Identify and develop new business opportunities with clients, contractors, and consultants- Lead and mentor the sales team, set KPIs and performance metrics Build and maintain strong customer relationships- Work closely with design, estimation, and project teams for proposal development- Represent the company in client meetings, negotiations, and industry forums- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
