Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Head/General Manager PEB Sales to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in selling Pre-Engineered Buildings or structural steel solutions, with proven experience in strategic sales planning, team leadership, and key account management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive PEB project sales across regions and manage revenue targets

- Identify and develop new business opportunities with clients, contractors, and consultants

- Lead and mentor the sales team, set KPIs and performance metrics Build and maintain strong customer relationships

- Work closely with design, estimation, and project teams for proposal development

- Represent the company in client meetings, negotiations, and industry forums
