we are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented sales head/general manager peb sales to lead our sales team and drive business growth. the ideal candidate should have a strong background in selling pre-engineered buildings or structural steel solutions, with proven experience in strategic sales planning, team leadership, and key account management.

key responsibilities:

- drive peb project sales across regions and manage revenue targets

- identify and develop new business opportunities with clients, contractors, and consultants

- lead and mentor the sales team, set kpis and performance metrics build and maintain strong customer relationships

- work closely with design, estimation, and project teams for proposal development

- represent the company in client meetings, negotiations, and industry forums

- excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
