The candidate hired as Business Development Manager will have following responsibilities :a) Market research for Biostimulant/fertilizers in the designated territory.b) Development of sales stragetigies to acheive the designated targets.c) Managing and maintaining the supply of material in your designated territory.d) Development of report with all details as instructed.e) Meeting the dealers in the territory.f) Meeting the farmers and encouraging them for the potential use of our biostimulant.g) Performing demonstrations with the farmer and evaluation of the results.h) Daily reporting of your work.i) You are also encouraged to report your plan of work in advance.j) Managing and maintaining all the record related to your work.2. You are responsible for the collection of money, and implementation of the credit policy.3. You are responsibel for expanding the marketing network by designating new dealers and distributers.
