Roles & Responsibilities:Customer Journey Management: Oversee the entire car buying process for customers sourced through CW, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience from initial contact to final purchase.Follow-Up Skills: Strong follow-up skills on both fresh and existing leads, ensuring continuous engagement and conversion.Prospect Engagement: Proactively reach out to digital customers, effectively converting inquiries into potential buyers through persuasive communication and personalized follow-ups.Test Drive Excellence: Deliver an exceptional test drive experience that highlights the vehicle's features and benefits, leaving a lasting impression on prospects.Timely Proposals and Quotes: Ensure that all proposals and quotes are accurately prepared and promptly shared with prospects, maintaining transparency and trust.Data Management and Reporting: Diligently update and manage all follow-ups, showroom visits, test drive completions, bookings, and retail information in the DMS, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.Client Support and Resolution: Address and resolve client queries and complaints with professionalism and empathy, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.Sales Conversion: Utilize effective sales techniques and strategies to convert prospects into sales, achieving and exceeding sales targets.Requirements:1.Educational Background: HSC, Graduation and above or a relevant field.2.Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in automobile sales at a dealership. Should be an experienced driver with valid driving licence.3.Sales and Customer Service Skills: Exceptional sales and customer service abilities, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.4.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with customers and team members.5.Negotiation and Problem-Solving
