Responsibilities1. Answering and explaining the product and services offered by the company.2. explaing existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.3. Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.4. Asking questions to the customer and understanding their requirements.5. Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.6. Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.7. Suggesting solutions based on customers needs and requirements.

1. Create and setup Jio Lead Associates channel for lead generation2. Ensure participation of onboarded JLA3. Responsible for Acquisition / activation of customer as perguidelines4. Ensure all cohorts of JLA to be setup as channel - Premium / Youth /Mass / Homes5. Create and plan visits to customers and cater to leads to ensure 100%within UJP or JC area
