Key Responsibilities:Customer Interactions: Meet with clients or customers face-to-face to provide services or ensure satisfaction.Sales/Promotions: Engage in sales activities, promoting products or services, or gathering orders.Data Collection/Surveying: Collect data from customers, stakeholders, or local areas, such as surveys, feedback, or market information.Delivery/Installation: Transport goods, deliver products, or set up installations at customer locations.Documentation/Reporting: Maintain records of your visits, activities, and any issues encountered. Reports are often submitted to managers or supervisors.Field Support: Provide on-the-ground support, including troubleshooting, customer service, and maintaining relationships.Tracking and Monitoring: Keep track of deliveries, inventories, or other tasks that are monitored in the field.

Handling Customers From Counters, understands the products very well and also get incentives

Generate Enquiry Solving Client Loan Product related queries Ensuring smooth home loan process for the clients Handling customers grievances and provide them solutions related to loans Achieving sales target through constant follow-up on customers and leads. Self-motivated to achieve sales target based on given directions at local and area level Responsible for Year on Year Incremental addition to the Business book Size & Net Income through newacquisition & Customer relations. Raise relevant concerns pertaining to sales process, lead generation and management with relevant stakeholdersas and when required. Achieving budgeted volumes and revenues for the allocated area Build & maintain key relationships across businesses.
