Manage and lead a high-performing sales team to ensure operational efficiency and consistent results. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and other stakeholders. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt strategiesaccordingly. Drive the achievement of sales targets for the assigned branches in Trivandrum and Cochin. Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns that enhance lead generation andconversion. Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
