Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and control in-process quality activities to ensure compliance with established quality standards and specifications.Conduct process audits, inspections, and quality checks during production.Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).Analyze quality data and prepare reports on defects, scrap, rework, and process performance.Support production teams in resolving quality-related concerns and preventing recurrence.Develop and maintain quality control plans, inspection procedures, and work instructions.Ensure compliance with customer requirements, internal quality systems, and applicable industry standards.Participate in continuous improvement projects using quality tools such as 7 QC Tools, PDCA, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing.Coordinate with suppliers, production, engineering, and maintenance teams to improve product and process quality.Support customer audits, internal audits, and certification audits as required.Train operators and production personnel on quality standards, inspection methods, and defect prevention techniques.
