JD Shift Incharge To manage the entire functioning of the kitchen Able to manage group of people, Training and developing the people in the kitchen to the next level using the right tools, delivery boys, florist , dispatchers Achieving Kitchen Top Line & Bottom Line, responsible for the smooth and effective functioning of the center. Creating a great customer pool and maintaining with the high retention and ratings in own and aggregator platforms Responsible for managing the assets of the center. Managing P&L, Controlling the expenses within the budget and delivering profitability Maintaining the inventory at the kitchen level without any discrepancies. Center manager must ensure that sufficient inventory is available at the center to avoid being out of stock. Ensuring the compliance of team health and safety (Audits). The security and safety of the center is his responsibility. Managing the marketing promotion at kitchen level to ensure better customer ratings Handling customer complaints and giving the right solution on TAT. Managing agreed SLAs with vendors, delivery partners and customers Managing the internal process & new launch audits to show the best operation excellence. Maintain license of the kitchen to handle the external audits (Gov.) Maintaining and tracking the employee attendance at the kitchen Plan & complete the kitchen level Training Good Communication skills & able to respond on mailSkills and Qualification:1. Duties & Responsibilities: Adhere to the Sales & Operations processes, set by the Company, in order to have satisfied customers. Monitoring the entire Outlets Cleanliness and Sanitation especially the Dining Area as per standards, and keep appropriate records. Monitor actions of staff and customers to ensure that health and safety standards are maintained. Estimate stock and ensure timely indents are placed to replenish them. Closely work with Area Managers to order supplies such as smallware and cleaning items. Inspect equipment and food deliveries. Coordinate with Area Manager and arrange for maintenance and repair of equipment and other services. Conduct Team Briefing / De-Briefing (One Minute Meetings) every day morning and evening and discuss the days agenda and sales numbers with the team. Maintain Log Books with regard to SOPs. Opening and Closing of the Outlet on a daily basis. Safeguarding the assets of the organization by staying vigilant, implementing practices like month end inventory, surprise audits & keeping a check on policies and procedures being practiced religiously by the staff.

Daily scheduling for pickups & drops as per schedule2. Ensuring per trip sheet assignment electronic and paper based3. Ensuring management of passengers to assigned vehicles etc4. Allocation of vehicles in the Transport Mgmt System5. Ensure to collect Final roster from client at defined timelines6. Responsible for ensuring positive working environment / interaction with Drivers7. Proper handover/ takeover to next Shift Incharge (No.of cars and SPs, cab charging status, pending trips, maintenance issues any other excepetion report)8.
