Urgent Requirement For Factory Supervisor

We are looking for a Factory Supervisor to oversee our production operations in Vasai East. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of experience and a diploma in a relevant field. This full-time role requires a proactive approach to managing a team and ensuring smooth factory operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Supervise Daily Operations:** Oversee the day-to-day manufacturing activities to ensure they run efficiently and meet production targets.

- **Manage Team Performance:** Lead and support factory staff by monitoring their performance, providing training, and fostering a positive work environment.

- **Quality Control:** Ensure that all products meet quality standards by conducting regular inspections and implementing necessary improvements.

- **Maintain Safety Standards:** Promote a safe working environment by ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

- **Coordinate with Other Departments:** Work closely with logistics, supply chain, and quality assurance teams for effective communication and workflow management.

- **Report Production Metrics:** Prepare and present regular reports on production efficiency, issues, and improvements to upper management.
