Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and inspection processes.

Monitor production and operational processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Conduct root cause analysis of quality issues and lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Analyze quality data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.

Collaborate with engineering, production, supplier, and customer teams to resolve quality concerns.

Perform internal audits and support external customer or certification audits.

Review product specifications, test plans, and quality documentation.

Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, regulations, and company quality policies.

Support supplier quality management, including evaluations and corrective action follow-up.

Prepare and present quality performance reports and metrics to management.
