We are recruiting Food Factory Workers for a well-established processing plant in Flanders. The role involves working in a modern, temperature-controlled environment with strict hygiene and quality standards. As a Quality Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products meet the set quality standards. Your key responsibilities will include conducting quality checks on products, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and implementing quality control procedures to enhance overall product quality. You will also be responsible for coordinating with production teams to address quality issues and ensure compliance with quality standards. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams will be essential for this role. A graduate degree in a relevant field and a keen interest in ensuring product quality are required for this position. This is a full-time position based in Changodar, Ahmedabad, and is open to male candidates only.

1. Conduct routine physical and chemical testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.2. Assist in performing microbiological testing to assess the quality and safety of products.3. Prepare samples for analysis, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.4. Assist in maintaining accurate records of all quality control tests, including batch records, test results, and inspection reports.5. Ensure proper documentation for incoming raw materials and finished products, including certificates of analysis (COA).6. Support the creation and revision of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and other quality documents.7. Perform regular in-process quality checks during production, such as sampling, measuring, and evaluating parameters.8. Monitor manufacturing activities to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and product specifications.9. Identify any deviations from quality standards and report them to the senior QA/QC team members.10. Assist in the calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments and equipment to ensure accurate test results.11. Ensure equipment is cleaned, calibrated, and maintained according to the schedule and company standards.12. Assist in preparing for and supporting internal audits and inspections.13. Participate in routine inspections of the production area to ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and quality standards.14. Assist in conducting stability studies for pharmaceutical products to ensure they meet quality standards throughout their shelf life.15. Record and monitor product stability data, including environmental conditions such as temperature and humidity.16. Support the investigation of quality complaints, identifying root causes and suggesting corrective actions.17. Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives within the quality system.18. Monitor product quality and suggest improvements in testing methods, processes, and procedures.
